Incentive Plan (Bonuses)
The Fiscal year-end incentive plan is a profit-driven incentive that is given to full time employees.
Part-time Landus employees may be eligible, if they work on average of 30 hours per week in the previous year, for medical benefits, a couple PTO days and could have the opportunity to participate in a 401K plan.

Our Associates programs provide unique management training and career advancement opportunities for qualified individuals.
A 12 to 24-month full-time training program, the Career Development Associate opportunity provides the experience you need to work toward a management position.
You will learn the inner workings of Landus’ grain and agronomy departments from staff with special expertise. You’ll gain relevant industry knowledge and valuable experience in areas such as grain quality management, agronomy product inventory control, fleet management, and automation technology. As an associate, you will focus on safety, quality, and offering a positive customer experience with an industry professional as a mentor. Applicants accepted as associates will receive competitive compensation and benefits. A degree from an accredited two or four-year post-secondary program is preferred. Career Development Associate positions are available at various locations of our territory.
The Custom Applicator Associate will learn how to effectively apply agronomy products for Landus farmer-owners. You will learn about inbound and outbound agronomy products, operating all equipment and vehicles according to Landus policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws.
The Associate will maintain and record maintenance of tending and application equipment. A 9 to 12-month full-time position, the Custom Applicator Associate will gain the skills and experience needed for promotion to the Custom Applicator role upon successful completion of the program.
