Our team looks at every aspect of Landus’ business to identify how we can serve as a bridge – connecting our diverse business needs with both new and existing stakeholders and ultimately linking them to the communities we serve.

Collaborate to identify and engage with key school districts.

Build relationships that support both the school's needs and Landus’ future workforce pipeline.

Leverage Landus’ Core Grants to deepen engagement with the organizations we support financially.

Participate in community events, parades, and festivals that bring people together, strengthen community ties, and foster pride in the areas we serve.

Ensure Landus has a visible presence and strategically engage with attendees to promote the Landus brand.

Engaging all employees in community endeavors—whether working behind the scenes, driving a truck in a parade, or presenting at a local school. We're also exploring the best way to implement company-wide volunteer days.  

This also includes personal ways we all engage with our communities in meaningful ways.  Actively represent Landus when getting involved in all of our home communities.
