Jodi Allen joined Landus as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience. Prior to Landus, she served as Vice President of Human Resources at Seneca Companies, where she led HR strategy, organizational development, recruiting, and employee engagement across multi-state teams. Jodi brings a strong background supporting operational workforces and leading people-focused initiatives that strengthen business performance and culture.
