“Landus Cooperative is proud to support local FFA programs,” said Milan Kucerak, CEO of Landus Cooperative. “Many of our farmer-members and employees have children involved in FFA. This premiere development program is an important role in our rural communities as it focuses on personal growth and career success through agricultural education.”

The farmer-owned cooperative announced the Core Grant program at the beginning of the year as part of a quarterly philanthropy focus. With this grant the 30 chapters will be able to further develop the valuable learning experiences offered within FFA.

“Corporately and locally, we appreciate the commitment to the youth of area and the encouragement to enhance student knowledge and interest in agriculture through FFA involvement,” said Alyssa Hemesath, communications specialist who oversees the donation process at Landus Cooperative.
