Landus Cooperative Rebrands Member Magazine

Grow Magazine Spring 2017 Cover 791X1024

Quarterly “Grow” magazine included in cooperative membership benefits

Landus Cooperative today announced a major rebrand for their quarterly member publication. Grow magazine will hit the mailboxes of more than 7,000 Landus Cooperative members, employees and industry partners in nearly 40 states this week.

“Our farmer-members are investors in this cooperative and want timely information on what’s happening behind-the-scenes at their company,” explained Milan Kucerak, Landus Cooperative’s chief executive officer. “Grow magazine is just one of the ways we’re working to help open the lines of communication with our membership and provide insight into the impacts of macro trends on the business.”

The quarterly magazine is intended to inform, inspire and engage the cooperative’s members by offering market insight to help them be profitable. The magazine is included in the cost of membership and highlights the value of cooperative ownership.

“In this twenty-page seasonal publication, we showcase the connection between our local cooperative operations and the global marketplace in which we do business while celebrating the cooperative spirit,” added Kucerak.

Prior to the formation of Landus Cooperative, each legacy cooperative communicated differently with their membership. “This new magazine format allows us to tell the story of Landus Cooperative in a way we’ve never done before,” explained Kucerak.

The first issue of the new periodical features the cooperative’s seed brand relaunch, an article showcasing the future face of agriculture industry staffing, and a profile of the president of the Board of Directors.

Grow magazine is created by the cooperative’s in-house marketing and communications staff and is available online by visiting LandusCooperative.com.
