Landus Internal Employees Promoted to Executive Team

DES MOINES, Iowa (March 12, 2023) — Landus, a leading agricultural cooperative dedicated to supporting farmers and communities across rural America, is proud to announce two internal hires for the positions of Executive Vice President of Operations, and Executive Vice President of Grain. 

Brandon Finke has been promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations. Brandon brings with him eight years of invaluable experience at Landus, previously serving as the leader of our Animal Nutrition business. During his tenure, he's demonstrated exceptional leadership by driving profitability, improving operational efficiency, and fostering collaboration across various teams within Landus. 

Brock Seidl has been promoted to the position of Executive Vice President of Grain. Brock joined the Landus team in 2022 to lead our cross-country grain trading efforts. Since joining the team, Brock has increased our grain trading presence throughout the U.S. and Canada and has identified opportunities for new revenue streams that better position Landus and our farmer-owners for success in the future. He has demonstrated a passion for improving our farmer-owners’ presence in both domestic and international grain markets, and he brings a creative mindset and proven leadership skills that will take our grain business and personnel to the next level.
