Landus Announces Jodi Allen as Vice President, Human Resources



DES MOINES, Iowa (January 26, 2026) - Landus today announced that Jodi Allen has joined the cooperative as Vice President, Human Resources. In this role, Allen will lead all aspects of Landus’ HR strategy, employee experience, talent development and people operations.
Allen joins Landus from Seneca Companies, where she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of human resources leadership experience, she has led HR operations, organizational development, recruiting, and employee engagement across multi-state teams. She brings a strong background supporting operational workforces and guiding people-focused initiatives that strengthen business performance and culture.

Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in education along with multiple HR certifications. She will be based in Landus’ Des Moines office.
