Landus Supports Fire and EMS Services Through Core Grant Program

These departments are critical to ensuring emergency management professionals have the equipment, training, and resources they need to respond in a crisis — whether at a Landus facility, on a nearby farm, or anywhere in our rural communities.
As part of Landus’ core grant program, we invite fire and EMS departments to apply for funding to support their essential work. This year, we awarded grants to more than 40 fire and EMS departments across our territory, helping strengthen emergency response capabilities in the communities we serve.
Outside of our core grant programs, Landus employees and farmer-owners alike volunteer as fire and EMS professionals, as well as give of their time in other ways to support these departments. Their service reflects the deep community commitment that defines our cooperative.
Supporting rural vitality is a core principle of the cooperative model. Strong emergency services help keep our communities safe, resilient, and positioned to thrive for current and future generations.
Thank you to the dedicated volunteers and professionals who step up every day to serve and protect our rural citizens. Your commitment does not go unnoticed.
