Supporting the Next Generation of Ag Leaders

Each year, Landus proudly invests in our rural communities through our Core Grant Program, which focuses on a different cause each quarter—FFA chapters, county Fire/EMS, county fair boards, and 4-H groups.

For the first quarter of FY26, we invited FFA chapters across the Landus territory to apply for $750 grants to support their chapter priorities. We were thrilled to receive 43 applications and award more than $30,000 to youth ag projects and initiatives.

Beyond grant funding, many FFA chapters also benefit from volunteer and in-kind support from Landus team members statewide—whether it’s lending a hand at local events or stepping into the classroom to share insights about careers at Landus and the future of agriculture.

Together, we’re helping cultivate the next generation of agricultural leaders and innovators.

Below are photos of our Landus team presenting core grant checks to some of the Iowa FFA chapters chosen to receive this year’s grant funding.
