As Regional Business Manager at Landus, Chad Plueger loves that every day brings something new.

One day he might be helping recruit team members, the next he’s working alongside folks to keep operations running smoothly. But what really stands out to him are the people, both his coworkers and the farmers he connects with every day.

“The work we do is built on teamwork, trust, and problem-solving,” Chad says. “At the end of the day, I take pride in knowing that what I do plays a part in feeding people and supporting communities.”

That sense of purpose is what keeps Chad motivated in his role as Regional Business Manager. He says it’s not about himself, it’s about showing up for others, solving challenges, and being part of something bigger. Around the office, Chad’s known for boosting team morale with a container of his wife’s homemade treats, a tradition that’s become a fun way to bring everyone together. When he’s not at work, you’ll probably find him grilling on the back deck, hunting, or ice fishing. Chad’s also active in his community, serving as a youth leader at his church and helping with local events. And while he’s quick to talk about his family as his greatest joy, his coworkers might be surprised to learn he’s got a hidden talent for carving watermelons into creative fruit displays.
